Questions for the next fishing Bass?

, Ok I'm new to bass fishing and I think going to a lake in Pennsylvania in the spring. Is the water clear and I wonder what attracts you to the pound test line is recommended (color and type). When I'm sitting on about 8 kg of testing and planning - through the use of pigs as Template weeds and dark pork. Any other recommendations?

I like with dark colors, such as Junebug, pumpkin or watermelon go. I guess the water temperature is still cold until spring so that fish are unlikely to look under the beds. Will probably be staged in the pre-spawn mode. I fish the obligations specified in the vicinity of areas with beds of soft plastic. And pigs go brush my bait. I have many tournaments with them. If the beds are always on top with tube baits in same tone. Lizards work very well, but Waster muddy stick with dark colors more natural. Junebug is my favorite color for this type of water.
